Hourly Research

Name Generation

Identify and develop lists of names in targeted positions at companies that you supply or that we select and you approve. You receive a verified list of 50+ names with company, phone number, title, city & state. Projects are Guaranteed. If there is a problem we will go back and re-source the company.

Smaller projects can be arranged. They will have a research charge that varies with project size & difficulty and a per name charge of $30 non-technical and $40 technical and for well protected positions. These projects have a minimum fee of $500 .

Call selected individuals from our sourcing lists or recruit potential candidates from names supplied by you. Contacts may be abbreviated (Would you accept a call?) or we can provide full recruiting.

Competitor Information:

Including: surveys, compensation studies, position evaluations, and profiles of field staff.

Fees:

Assignments are billed at an hourly rate of $75/$95 (technical) per hour - Minimum $500. We provide an estimated fee range before you approve the project. Fees are billed at the completion of the assignment they are due upon receipt and the hourly rate includes normal expenses (phone).

Basic Research

When your pressed for time and you need a helping hand with your easier to fill positions, we have a solution. We talk to 15 potential candidates and recruit them to the point that they will accept a phone call from you. Then, you can contact and recruit the candidates without all the time of screening an ad or fielding calls.

Fee $2,000-billed a project start.

Verbal Recruitment Ad

The logical alternative to running an employment ad. We identify and present your position to 30 potential candidates who are doing that job at other companies. You receive a report with the results of our effort and candidates who expressed an interest in talking to you about your opportunity.

Fee $2,995-Billed at the completion of the project.

Candidate Programs

Candidate Generation

Provides 5 candidates who are qualified & interested in your position. You, also, receive a report with the candidates, contacts with their reaction to your opportunity and compensation where possible and names sourced but not contacted. This project is complete at 80 contacts even if 5 candidates are not presented.

Fee $4,500-billed at project start. Upgrade to 10 candidates at a $8,000 Total Fee

TechGen

Candidate Generation Program for technical engineering, systems and other very restricted positions. This project is complete at 60 contacts even if 5 candidates are not presented.

Fee $6,500-billed at project start.

Professional Hiring Program

Research version of executive search. We provide the up-front work of executive search- to identify, contact, screen and present to you qualified candidates. You provide the backside of the search: technical screening, personal interviews, reference checks and negotiating offers. Continues until you hire.

Fee $6,500-$11,000-billed at project start. Fees are quoted based upon your requirements.
