How Does the Loan Originator Business Work?

Responsibilities

• Originating and Coordinating Residential/Home Mortgage Loans

Qualifications

• No Mortgage Experience Required
• Ability to Follow a Proven System (Must be Computer Literate)
• A computer with DSL or Broadband Connection
• Strong Organizational and Communication Abilities
• Insatiable Desire to be Successful

Compensation

• $2,000-$10,000 / Month Potential Part-Time and $5,000 - $25,000 / Month Full-Time
• Earn Commissions While You Learn (No base salary)
• Opportunity to Earn Lifetime Residuals (Allows you to generate an income that isn't solely dependent of your personal production.)
