Investment One, LLC is an independently and operated mortgage brokerage headquartered in Orange, CT. Todd Haggerty, President and Founder has been an active loan originator with over 15 years of mortgage banking experience.

Investment One is both a traditional mortgage brokerage company with physical offices in multiple states as well as virtual mortgage offices across the Nation.
Investment One, LLC currently is licensed and/or qualified to conduct business in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Licensing in additional states is pending.
Investment One is approved as an originator by more than 65 major wholesale lenders, including: Accubanc, Bank of America, Benchmark Mortgage, Chase Manhattan, Chevy Chase, EverBank, First Horizon, 1st Nationwide, Guaranty Residential Lending , Homecomings Financial, HSBC, Interfirst, Ivanhoe, SunTrust, North American, Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo, plus many more.
We are approved to originate all conventional VA loans and non-conventional loans. Whatever program your prospective client needs we can help fulfill their needs and dreams.
Investment One, LLC's Loan Originator system platform, MyLoanOffice© is all you will need; it provides practical tools for contact management, loan origination processing, forms, calculators and mortgage processing through the leading Calx Point Technology. This system gives us the flexibility and ability to work with every lender easily and effectively. All new loan originators will receive basic training on MyLoanOffice©. In addition to learning the way Investment One, LLC has successfully done business; we will teach you everything else you will need to know to process loans for the entry level profession. In addition, we will provide you with a personal support team to fully process your loans right from your own computer.
While Investment One licensed branches operate autonomously, each loan originator and loan officer will have the benefit of the headquarters staff's years of experience.
Finally, we are interested only in people committed to conducting business in a manner consistent with the principles established and embedded at the founding of our Company. Our policy is very simple; we will not tolerate questionable business methods and will terminate immediately anyone found to have committed fraud in any loan file under their responsibility. Furthermore, it is our stated policy, upon findings of fraud, to refer said evidence to the proper authorities for further action.
