Mr. Shaheer has taken the role of Chief Executive Officer and will assume the position until 2009.

Mr. Shaheer has an extensive background in Communications,Real Estate Investments and Information Technology. Working for Fortune 500 companies such as, Nextel Communications, New Horizons, Micro\Mac Warehouse and Hasler Inc.

Mr. Shaheer was also CEO of Internet Innovations of Connecticut, which was sold in 2001. He also owned Aspired Marketing Group and Bait al-Musk which were both in New Haven, CT.

Mr. Shaheer is also a partner with Cayo Investments, which is a Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Investment firm. He is also a Partner with Buyer's Capital Real Estate in Connecticut.

The Real Estate Industry has had its share of turmoil but FGI has taken control of the situation by selling Portfolio Packages to key investors thru out the country. With transactions in excess of a billion dollars FGI has the ability to offer packages from 30 cents to 50 cents on a dollar.
